Darren McMullen

Partner and Managing Director

Darren holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the Queensland University of Technology and is the Managing Director and co-founder of the Jackaroo Property Partnership. Darren has over 20 years of banking and finance experience having held senior management positions with both Barclays Bank Australia and St George Bank Limited.

He has direct experience in the delivery aspect of a number of development oriented retail and mixed use projects giving a unique insight into the vagaries of development risk.

Mark Johnson

Partner

Mark holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the Queensland University of Technology and is a director, founder and the major shareholder in  the Jackaroo  Property Partnership.

Mark has in excess of 30 years of experience in real estate investing and established Jackaroo Property in conjunction with Darren McMullen in order to forge a high quality investment and asset management entity for both investment and development opportunities in key markets.

Mark is an accomplished property investor. He is also well known in the competitive sailing community both domestically and internationally.

Fritz L. Duda

Partner

Fritz is the Chief Executive Officer of Genus Holdings, LLC, a Dallas-based investment company and the owner and founder of the Fritz Duda Company (FDC). He holds an equity interest in the Jackaroo  Property Partnership and has been an active participant  in its development since  its formation in 2006.

FDC is a diversified real estate investment and development company, with offices in Dallas, Texas, Chicago, Illinois, Newport Beach and California, specialiizing in the development of mixed-use large-scale land development, retail, commercial, office and industrial projects.  FDC also provides asset management and corporate real estate consulting services.  Over some 25 years, FDC has served both corporate and business users as well as America’s premier retail firms.

Wolfgang Sicklinger

Member Investment Committee

Wolfgang holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of Sydney and has also completed several tertiary affiliated courses on property investment analysis, property development and project management. Wolfgang has over 30 years’ experience in construction, banking and property funds management at senior management and director level.

He is also the responsible manager named on two Australian financial services license (AFSL) holders.

John Montgomerie

Member Investment Committee

John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and between 2000 and his retirement in 2007 was a senior partner and director of the accounting firm William Buck. John was in practice as a chartered accountant for over 25 years and has experience in the areas of public and private company audits, corporate advisory and management consulting, corporate governance, ASX listings and estate trustee roles.
