Jackaroo acquired this 1500sqm motel site in 2019 and obtained approval to build a 31 apartment complex, to be known as Curve.

 

The property fronts Goodwin Park, just 650 meters to Coolangatta Beach. When complete, it will present as a modern upmarket development, designed for spacious and low maintenance living within a short walk to four of Australia's top beaches.
