Curve: Coolangatta Residential Development

Jackaroo acquired this 1500sqm motel site in 2019 and obtained approval to build a 31 apartment complex, to be known as Curve.

Construction is underway and completion is expected in 2025.

Couranga Industrial Complex

A 32,200 sqm industrial site in Hume, Canberra, currently under construction to build a 3500sqm high clearance warehouse and a separate office and amenities block. The complex is custom built to tenant specifications to operate as a waste transfer station for building and construction rubble.

Residential Development in Scotts Head
